Group Events

 

Our group development programmes are designed to expand your thinking, learn from each other and bring about a positive change. Whether you decide to attend a group hypnotherapy programme or a classic development session you will receive an appropriate level of support to feel inspired to make your desired change.

As much as we are serious about unleashing your potential, we are also serious about having fun along the way too. The group programmes and workshops make this the ideal environment to explore and have fun at the same time – which makes for a powerful combination.

Open Group Events

 

People say that once you have made up your mind to do something about something you are halfway there to achieving it. I’m not sure if that is statistically accurate although I do agree with the sentiment. Making a positive change starts with a thought which creates a feeling which leads to some form action or reaction.

Our adult only group sessions are open to the public and created to extend the reach of those desiring change. We have found that there are quite a few people opting for this as it …

  • is a brilliant way to try out hypnotherapy particularly if you are unsure about it and start discovering the benefits.

  • can be more comfortable to start your new journey with others around you and gain confidence as you go.

  • allows you to meet other likeminded folk, hear their stories and although your journey is unique to you, you will soon realise you really are not alone.

  • creates deep friendship groups outside of sessions due to shared interests.

  • is affordable for everyone as each session only costs £10.

  • is a supportive group where you can mutually inspire and motivate each other.

Open group workshops are such a pleasure to be part of as people are coming together because ultimately they want to improve themselves. Adding to the mix everyone’s bringing their fabulous personality to each session too it makes for a unique insightful and safe way to develop.

FAQs

 

What time should I arrive?

5-10 mins before the actual start time – this allows everyone to get settled.

What do I need to bring with me?

The traditional pen and paper is always a firm favourite. The key ingredient is you. You being open minded and ready to learn something new and possibly unlearn unhelpful things.

Can I cancel a booking?

Of course you can. You can cancel your pre-paid event up to 72 hours prior to the commencement of your booking.

How many people are in a group?

It sometimes depends on the topic covered. The optimum group size ranges between 6 and 12 people.

What should I wear?

Simply the clothes that your feel comfortable in. The only thing we insist on is you wear clothes.

How do I reserve my place?

To avoid disappointment it is wise to secure your place as sessions tend to fill quickly. You can do this by making payment at the time of booking.
