FAQs

 

How long is the programme?

It really does depend. A six or 12 month programme is a really wise choice of time. As it allows for new practical skills to be learnt and embedded.

Do I need to already be in a leadership role to participate in leadership development?

No, not at all, we run a variety of development to suit the different levels of experience. So regardless of whether you are exploring the possibility of taking the next step into your first leadership role or whether you have been managing people for a while, our development will be tailored to meet your needs.

Often people want the leadership skills before they take the step into this type of role. Also not everyone’s role within a business structure requires direct line managing yet will most definitely benefit people in these positions as they will have a degree of stakeholder management and leadership.

How long is a workshop?

Most people are used to full day workshops and on occasion they can be really helpful – particularly when the development is about team building. It has become evident though that ½ day sessions have had a higher level of impact and therefore a more preferred option. Of course we can tailor to your needs to ensure we maximise your learning focus and create the space to embed your new tools and perfect techniques.
