Many people can feel anxious or nervous when they are faced with dealing with a problem, before taking a test or making important decisions.  Panic attacks can cause so much distress that it interferes with a person’s ability to lead a normal life.  Worry and fear maybe constant and can have debilitating side effects.

People that have experienced a panic attack often have feelings of fear that strikes suddenly and repeatedly with little or no warning.

Sweating, chest pain, irregular heartbeats and a feeling of choking are all very scary and typical panic attack symptoms.

 

Someone suffering from a panic attack is unlikely to be able to be still and calm and likely have general feelings of panic, fear and uneasiness.

Research shows hypnotherapy can help relieve stress, fear and anxiety.  It is immensely effective to help people cope with the symptoms of panic attacks.  Whilst in hypnosis I will guide you to overcome limiting behaviours and thoughts that have led to your panic attacks and re-train your mind to become more calm and relaxed.
