Even well trained sex therapists find treating intimacy and sexual disorders challenging. Hypnotherapy holds considerable results, yet only 7% of sex therapists use hypnotherapy in their clinical work.

Physical and mental tension and fatigue often inhibits our ability to be intimate. The situation often becomes worse with self-imposed pressure and heightened anxiety.

Our subconscious mind holds a vast collection of beliefs stemming from our experiences, emotions, and other aspects, and these all drive our choices and actions. Our subconscious then works overtime to protect us and keep us safe, often pushing us to act in ways that might not always be in our best interest.
