We know that we are not born with habits! Habits are actually something that we have learnt or developed as a means of coping possibly many years ago when we were feeling vulnerable.  Whatever the reason it started it is now outdated and no longer wanted. We are ready to stop and wish to be free of it.

 

Through hypnotherapy I can help you to end your unwanted habit and develop healthier coping strategies instead. We will discover the cause of your habit, work through the emotions attached with it and then develop healthier ways to deal with situations or emotions which may arise in the future.
