Firstly, let’s acknowledge that everyone grieves differently and many people struggle to overcome their feelings of loss or bereavement.

They say time is a good healer, which to some degree is true. What I have come to notice is, people will start dealing with their loss when they are good and ready and will come out the other end when they are good and ready too.

 

When we bury or ignore our feelings for our loss it can impair our healing and lead to deep-seated feelings of heartache and depression. Through hypnotherapy I can help lessen those feelings, cope with the loss and heal those scars. I will work at your pace and guide you to start with positive suggestions to help cope with your loss, find the courage to move on from this difficult time and support you to navigate your future.
