There are so many things that we can get addicted to such as alcohol, exercise, shopping, food, sugar, caffeine, chocolate, social media, mobile phones and the list goes on…

Having an addiction means we are unable to control our behaviour despite the potential detrimental consequences. 

 

Our addiction activates the reward pathways in our brain and we get a “hit” of the feel good chemical dopamine, making the ability to stop that much harder.

Through hypnotherapy I will encourage you to fall into a deeply relaxed state and guide you to change your habits, behaviours and thought patterns that led you to your addiction. I will ultimately help you to regain control of your life.
